I help with online counselling. When you can no longer see the way to make things right again. When you find yourself going around in circles, thinking the same thoughts, reaching for the same solutions. When you don’t know what to do next. When you feel unhappy with the choices you’ve made, or the choices you haven’t. When you’re having trouble dealing with others.
I help with online counselling. I am an extra pair of eyes to help you see more clearly, more critically. I help you see where things are going wrong for you. I help you challenge your thinking, your assumptions, your certainties. And then, with this new clarity, this new understanding, I help you find new actions, new solutions. I help with online psychotherapy that combines counselling techniques (Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy, and others) according to what I believe is best for you at any given moment in time.
I help with inclusive and tolerant online psychotherapy. I help with open-minded lesbian, bisexual, transgender and gay counselling, whether you’re in or out of the closet. I help with knowledge and experience-based gay and lesbian relationship advice. I help with coming out advice and sexuality counselling. I help with respect for diverse cultures, nationalities and beliefs. I help by never using a foregone conclusion as my starting point in a psychotherapy consultation.
