 Only recommended in cases where webcam or voice sessions are impossible for whatever reason, or as an introduction to one of the other two forms of counselling for those who need to gain trust first.  Offers little emotional feedback, which can diminish client-therapist relationship. Typed chat via  Skype**. 45 minutes
